Challenge:
Rigid Foods – Burger Lounge is the pioneer in the area of freshly made food QSR. Their motto is to deliver farm-fresh quality food at an affordable price range. Quick service, better hygiene, and innovative recipes are what help them to stand out in the industry. They also have 44 outlets across the region.
We were called for Burger Lounge’s activity during their peak crisis situation. The brand was mispositioned by the audience initially and it backfired the brand significantly. This led to a drop in sales and the reputation of the brand.
Solution:
After conducting several internal and external surveys, food tasting sessions, and internal organizational changes we created a game plan to right position the brand with effective influencer marketing. We picked authentic micro-influencers from the market who has organic followers and strategized campaign which will position them the right way.
Impact:
Right after 4 weeks of implementation, we saw tremendous growth in sales and the reputation of the brand. The sales grew up to a 50% growth rate and invited many new guests from the city. We also interviewed the customers about the brand and got quality feedback. The feedback during the result phase was imperative because we wanted the results to be automated and didn’t want it to be a one-time game.
